Most texts answered within 20 minutes during business hours. Most calls answered live — if it goes to voicemail it's because I'm under a windshield, and I'll call you back within the hour.
If you text after hours, you'll have a reply by 9 AM the next morning. We're open seven days, so "the next morning" is rarely more than a few hours away.
